Return Policy:

• You can request a return within 6 hours of  Opening your order with opening video with time and date.

• Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags and packaging.

• Returns are not accepted for innerwear, accessories, and sale/discounted items (unless damaged or defective).

• Once the item is received and inspected, we will process your return.

Refund Policy:

• Refunds will be issued in the original payment method or as store credit, based on your preference.

• Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days after the returned item is received and inspected.

• Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.
